Synergetic Solutions resources are available to conduct workshops with your materials or ours.  We can also custom design a workshop to suit your specific business need.  Our workshops cover a variety of topics and are available in half-day and full-day formats.  We follow an interactive format, delivering our workshops using a Socratic approach.  We facilitate dialogs, not lecture.

Synergetic Solutions is currently developing a series of Change Management Certification Programs.  Programs typically range from 2-5 days.  All programs are delivered by highly skilled Change Practitioners.  As with our workshops, we follow an interactive format during our certification programs.  Our programs use a Socratic dialog approach, leverage business cases, and include simulation components when appropriate.  The Synergetic 7 Change Model™, Holistic Change Management, and Advance Change Management Practitioner programs include case-based reasoning, scaffolding, systems thinking, and other advanced learning components. 

Our certification programs are typically conducted in 2 parts.  The first part is completed independently by the participant prior to attending the program.  The second part is completed in a highly interactive small group setting.
