The following principles guide how we work as a team to maximize the value we deliver to our clients.

  • Think Holistically – It’s about how it all works together. Ensure consistency within the solution – don’t overlook the connections and impacts.
  • Seek the Root Causes – Ensure you are focused on solving the “right” problem.
  • Respect the Individual – Value the unique viewpoint and experience of each team member – the whole is always greater than the sum of the parts.
  • Demonstrate Accountability – If you say you will do it, do it. Do it well and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Clients – Don’t do things to our clients, but rather with them.
  • Work with Integrity, Always – You are what you do and how you behave.

The following principles guide how we interact with our clients to deliver results.

  • Relate to the Business Strategy – If the engagement does not relate to the client’s business strategy, it’s likely not a valuable activity. Help clients understand this.
  • Ensure Alignment – When there is alignment between the business strategy, leaders, sponsors, and change agents, “expectation failures” can be minimized and the long-term success and sustainability of a change effort increased.
  • Demonstrate Responsibility – Both time and money are finite. Treat them as such.
  • Transfer Skills – Leave the clients with improved skills. Help them be better able to deal with on-going changes.
